Sensory Retreats Policy Information:
Our policy lasts 14 working days from the day you receive your order. If 14 days have passed we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or credit on account.
If you are approved, then your credit value will be applied to your trade account or refund processed according to your original method of payment within 5 days from the notification of return.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at support@sensoryretreats.com
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sensoryretreats.com where further details can be discussed and arrangements made.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to Unit 1, West Street, Shutford, Oxfordshire, OX15 6PH
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise agreed with Sensory Retreats in advance. Shipping costs are refundable only when agreed by Sensory Retreats in advance.
