Before attempting to return an order you will need to contact us by email at hello@sacredskincare.org to request a returns authorisation number. We cannot accept returned items that have been opened or used.

​If we have sent you the wrong items, or your order is faulty, damaged or not as described on arrival, please tell us this when you contact us for the returns authorisation number. We may request photographic evidence. If we are satisfied that the responsibility lies with us, we will send you a postage label along with clear instructions for how to return your order.

If you cancel an order or change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you may be eligible for a refund providing the order is returned to us unopened and in perfect condition. We will not refund the postal charges you incur to return such items.

We cannot accept liability for returned goods that we don't receive, or for those that get damaged in shipping on their return. It's important that you return the products in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them, keep all packaging where possible and ensure they are carefully packaged before you return them. Always make sure you have proof of postage from the Post Office so you can provide it to us if requested.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer under applicable laws, and we have a legal duty to supply products of the quality described in your order. If any product you purchase is damaged or faulty when delivered, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. Please note that if the damage to a product occurs after delivery, no refund or exchange will be made. If you believe a product is faulty, you should notify us by email at hello@sacredskincare.org and return the product in accordance with this Returns & Refunds procedure.
