You have 7 days from receiving your order to change your mind. If the product is unopened and unused, simply send it back to us in its original condition, and we’ll refund you. Email us at richard@thecleanbeautyclub.co.uk and we’ll get everything sorted for you. You will need to cover the return postage, but we’ll make sure the refund is smooth and swift once we receive it.

If there’s a problem with your product—like if it arrives damaged or faulty—we’ll take care of everything. Let us know within 7 days, and we’ll either replace the product or offer you a full refund. You don’t need to worry about paying for return postage if it’s our mistake.
