If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from our website, you are entitled to request to cancel, return or refund your order, provided you contact us within 90 days of receiving the order in the first place.

EXCHANGES

If the item has not been opened and is still in its original packaging, we can offer an exchange. If the error is on our part (i.e. we’ve sent the wrong item), we will send you a pre-paid returns label to return the original item, and then issue the correct item within 2 workings days. If the error is on the customers part (i.e. you ordered the wrong item), then we will send a replacement for free but request you pay for the postage to return the original item. In both instances, we cannot issue the replacement until the return comes back to us.

REFUNDS

If a refund is required instead of a return or replacement, we will automatically refund you using the original payment method. Refunds will be processed back to the card you used to order and can take up 10 working days to appear in your account, albeit usually sooner.
