Shipping: Delivery is tracked, and costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and size.
Notification: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Order Status:
Check tracking details after receiving your shipping confirmation email (allow 48 hours for updates).

Customs, Fees, and Duties:
Customer Responsibility: Import duties, taxes, and VAT for non-UK shipments are the customer’s responsibility.
Delays: Customs processing may delay delivery, and Amp Wellbeing cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Documentation: Accurate recipient and shipment details are required to avoid customs issues.
Non-Delivery: If customs fees are unpaid and the order is returned or destroyed, you may incur additional costs.
Returns & Exchanges:
Right to Cancel: Returns are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international orders) of receipt. Items must be in original, unused, saleable condition with packaging intact.

Refunds will be processed within 5–8 working days of receiving the return.
