If you make an order in error, or you decide you don't want your supplements after making your order, you can return your supplements for a refund. To qualify for a refund, your supplements need to be:

• Received by us undamaged and unmarked.
• Received by us within 14 days of your order being dispatched from DR.VEGAN.
• Received in a package including a Returns Form which you can download on our website.
• We recommend you return your supplements in the DR.VEGAN delivery box you receive them in.
• In order to receive a refund you must provide proof of postage if requested.
  
  If your supplements are damaged, or received by our warehouse more than 14 days after we have dispatched your items, we will be unable to issue a refund.
